Professor Carl Winsløw co-chair of INDRUM conference
The first conference of INDRUM (International Network on Didactical Research in University Mathematics) was held in Montpellier from March 30 to April 2. With 100 participants and more than 50 full papers, it is the largest conference ever held in Europe, devoted solely to university level mathematics teaching. It is the second in a new series of “European Topic Conferences”, organized under the auspices of the European Society for Research in Mathematics Education.
Professor Carl Winsløw from IND was one of two co-chairs of the network and conference. He will also co-edit a special issue of “International Journal of Research on Undergraduate Mathematics Education” which will invite extended papers from the INDRUM conference. A second INDRUM conference is announced to be held in Norway in 2018.
